Enabling Multi-Factor Authentication

For enhanced security, consider enabling multi-factor authentication in the Multi-Factor Authentication tab. This adds an extra layer of protection by requiring a code sent to your phone or email each time you log in, ensuring that only you have access to your account.

On this page, you can enable or disable 2FA by toggling the switch at the top.

If enabled, you will be prompted to choose your preferred method of receiving the verification code: either through a Security Key, a Mobile-based OTP (One-Time Password) or an Email OTP. The mobile option sends the code via SMS to your registered phone number, while the email option sends it to your registered email address.

Once 2FA is enabled, every time you log in, you will be required to enter the verification code sent to your chosen method, in addition to your username and password. This added security measure helps protect your account from unauthorized access, keeping your personal and business information safe.

The Security Key is a physical YubiKey device developed by Yubico that provides hardware-based security. Only employees who possess this key are authorized to log into the system.
