Personal Profile Setup

To set up your RunSensible account effectively, it’s important to configure both your Personal Profile and Business Profile. Your Personal Profile allows you to personalize your account with details like your name, contact information, and preferences, ensuring your interactions are smooth and tailored to your needs.

Adding a Profile Picture

To add a personal touch to your profile, you can upload a profile picture by clicking the Upload Photo button.

Changing Your Password

The Change Password tab allows you to update your account password for enhanced security.

Enabling Two-Factor Authentication

For enhanced security, consider enabling two-factor authentication in the Two-Factor Authentication tab.

Invite Team Members

RunSensible is an excellent environment for teamwork. You can connect your whole team on RunSensible, assign tasks to your team members, share support emails with your customers support team, and so much more. But first, let’s learn how to add your team members.

Set Up Your Email Account

To get most of RunSensible’s features running, you need to integrate and verify your email address. That lets you send marketing emails as well as appointment reminders and other essential emails. You can send emails from your different email accounts directly from your RunSensible tool. You can also share an account with your team members. For example, if you have multiple support agents, they can all share the same inbox and attend to your customers’ questions.

Customizing Your Email Signature

Beyond basic profile information, you can also customize your email Signature.

Billing Rate

This feature enables you to accurately bill your clients. It helps you to keep track of the amount you are billing for each case. Additionally, you can track the amount of money you have earned from your clients over time.

Switch between Languages

You can further customize your profile by setting your localization preferences. Choose your country from the drop-down menu, which helps tailor the platform to your region.

Setup Your Business Profile

The Business Profile focuses on the professional aspects, such as your business information, branding, and other details relevant to your firm’s presence on RunSensible. Both profiles should be set up carefully to ensure that your personal preferences and business requirements are accurately reflected in the platform.

Uploading Your Firm’s Logo

At the top of the page, you have the option to upload or change your firm’s logo by clicking the Upload Picture button.

Closing Your Account

The Close Account tab allows you to permanently delete your account. This action is irreversible and will result in the deletion of all your data across all services associated with your account.

Yes, RunSensible allows you to seamlessly import your existing client and case data into the platform. Start by navigating to the Data Import section in your account Settings. Here, you can upload your data in supported formats, such as CSV or Excel files. The platform provides a step-by-step wizard to guide you through mapping your data fields to ensure accurate alignment with RunSensible’s database.

Setting up your personal profile in RunSensible is straightforward. Once logged into your account, head to the Profile section or Settings>Account Management>Personal Profile, where you can input or update your personal details, such as your name, contact information, and localization settings. You also have the option to upload a profile picture to make your account more personalized. Additionally, you can select your preferred language to ensure the platform aligns with your needs seamless

To set up your business profile, go to the Settings>Account Management>Business Profile. You can input your firm’s name, website, email, address, date format, contact details and branding elements such as your logo.

To change the date format, navigate to the Settings. Under the Account Management tab, click on Business Profile, you’ll find an option to customize the date format. Select your preferred format from the available options (e.g., MM/DD/YYYY, DD/MM/YYYY, YYYY/MM/DD) and save your changes.

Adding team members in RunSensible is a straightforward process. Start by navigating to the Team Management section under Users. Click on Create Team, then enter a name for your team. Next, open the Users drop-down menu, where you’ll see a list of all users in your system. Simply select the individuals you want to include in the team, and your team setup will be complete.

Navigate to User Management under Users section. To add a new user, click the Invite User button where you enter the new user’s first name, last name, and email. After that, choose the role for the new user from the Roles drop-down menu and click the Invite User button at the bottom. After adding the new user, an email will be automatically sent to their provided email address for verification purposes. To manage the permissions for different roles, navigate to the Permissions tab. In the Roles column, you will see a list of all available roles within the software. Click on the specific role for which you want to adjust permissions.

Go to Settings > Billing and Payments. You can set up payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal), define accepted payment methods, and customize invoice templates.
